EPS FYE 2020 definitely much higher than pst yrs. Alread 9 sen in 9 months vs 4.5 sen FYE 2019. DPS for FYE should go up accordingly. Price up again today.

After going up for past 7 days continuously, taking a break with 2 sen down is very reasonable. Is 1 day rest enough?

30 sen is the fundamental value = mkt price - exercise price.

Warrant price= 30 sen + time premium. If time prenium is 10 sen per yr, 5 yr expiry term means value of 50 sen. If it is 15 sen per yr, time premium 75 sen. Value of Kpoweer warrant can cross 1 ringgit!

Price of Scib still far behind Kpower.

@Cytew, when warrant is at the money, there is still a time premium.

When mkt price of ord.share is 2.00, it is 23 sen higher than exercise price, fundamental value of warrant is 23 sen. There is also a time premium attached to the 3 yr expiry date to be added on.

I am indifferent between the day with warrant entitlement and the day ex warrant entitlement if warrant is worthless. Otherwise i sure will chose the buying day with warrant entitlement.

Assuming u buy 2 lots scib cum warrant at 2.00. 1 day later, u can also buy ex warrant at 2.00. When will u buy?

Corporate proposal for Allianz: First, have a share split exercise of 1 to 5 or1 to 10. This improve liquidity of the shares. Secondly, get separate liting of life division and general insurance division. Mkt price will double if not triple. Put forward the proposals in AGM.

Many yrs back, mbsb issued free warrant with exercise price 1.00. When price of mother share was around 1.45, warrant was around 0.45. When mother share up 2.45, warrant was around 1.45. With 45sen, u make 1 instead of making 1 using 1.45.

Expiry date of Kpower is 5 yr from date of issuance. In general, when mother share price is expected to go up, it is better to buy warrants to take advantage of the leverage effect.

Those who sold still hold hope in the warrants yet to be listed. To get good price for warrant, mother share must be high. Do support the uptrend even though u have sold!

Using NTA to measure value of finacial services company is a great approach though i disagree totally. Kenanga has NTA 1.37, why is the price staying around 91 sen? Insas has NTA 2.73 and yet the price is also around 91 sen.

In march 2015, bonus issue 1 for 2. In march 2018, bonus issue 1 for 5.in march 2021, another 3 years later, bonus issue? Bear in mind similar major shareholder in Pbbank declared bonus issue 4 for 1.

As long as exercise price is higher than mkt price, value of warrant is confined to its time premium. The longer the time to maturity, the higher shall be the value. In this case, 2.50 vs 2.06. Cant expect price of warrant to be very good until and unless mkt price picks up.

Target is RM5 Billion in 5 years. Now just cross RM1 B. Only 20% of target achieved.

It is now under going 5-day Volume Weighted Average Price to determine the exercise price of warrants. Lower mkt price now means lower exercise price for the warrants.

Usually prices rebound after 2 days correction.
