if today break 0.9, then new low might be as well within the reach.
Strong fundamental, cash rich, bright prospect in terms of recurring income from GST software. Just that the price is overvalued at the moment. Institutional investors might be taking their profits, and when the shares PE ratio is readjusted, then that is just about the time to reenter.

EPS: 6.13
Current PE ratio: 5.95
Assume PE to achieve PE of 8( which is quite conservative in view of the large amount of projects in hand of Zelan and also the Malaysia 11 project in coming)
estimated TP: 49 sen (8*6.13)
now the price is still considered vastly undervalued, y not guys? :)
