After the share consolidation the number of shares become 166mil, than 190mil completed at 0.10 for restricted share, how come bursa can approved the private placement more than orginal number of shares, verry disappointed

Is right issue approved by bursa?

Last week my itchy finger told me to press buy when it was selling at 19 sen....no joke. But the trading system flashing a sell at 19.5 sen. they all sold restricted share before and on 2 dec 2015

u need to know which one is done and which one is yet to be done.

restricted share already disposed off, the only concern now is the contra / margin holder selling

the disposal had already done, no effect tmr

i believe all restricted share holders are action on the same pace

we only know NZA and LCH sold off their restricted share as their holding more than 5%.

the rest of them are less than 5% (maybe A has 5mil, B has 10mil, C , D.... etc), which they no need to declare.

i believe more than 90% of the restricted share already dispose in open market

what i know is restricted share of 190mil almost sold off in the market.
