企業進行收購計劃，一般都是“靜悄悄”進行，因怕對手知情，或擔心別人捷足先登。同時，這也是對公司負責的做法。
但此次傳出土著企業家丹斯里賽莫達“欲購”XOX說電訊（XOX，0165，創業板貿服組），卻“預先”張揚，到底當中有何玄機？
投資者特別是散戶，可要審慎看待，以免成為股價激情波動過後，最後持票的“大閘蟹”。
說它是事先張揚，主要是消息人士稱，有關合作／收購活動，最早也要在明年首季進行，反映出整個事情，可說是“十劃都未有一撇”。
事緣，准合作伙伴或買家賽莫達的電訊臂膀——PUNCAK SEMANGAT科技公司，以消息人士身份，表示賽莫達有意收購／參股XOX說電訊。
由於XOX說電訊、或賽莫達本人並沒有加以确認，使收購計劃消息的可信度及可靠性，還是存有很大疑問。
XOX說電訊在過去兩個月里，因股價出現不尋常交易，被大馬股票交易所三度質詢，是否與此次傳言有關，抑或有人想藉此次傳言趁機脫售股票？都無從可考。
由於沒有獲得涉及各造的确認，連最基本的确定曾經是否見過面或洽商都欠奉。有鋻於此，小投資者對有關收購傳言，可要認真“過濾”，才做出是否投資或投機行動，以策安全。
儘管如此，在有關消息傳開後，該股不起反跌，或許證明市場對有關傳言存有一定的疑慮。數日後，在上週四，該公司終於開口表明並未和賽莫達洽談，該股“熱度”也開始退燒。
其實，傳出賽莫達有意收購或參股XOX說電訊，也並不是第一次。稍為有注意企業發展的市場人士，對有關傳聞應該不會過於驚奇與意外。
早在2012年12月，市場就曾傳出過XOX說電訊成為賽莫達的收購對象，與今次的情況非常相似。
當時XOX說電訊股價一度漲升15%，但隨後XOX說電訊否認，股價走勢才平定下來。
市場不可能完全杜絕傳言，而“狼來了”的故事也不時在馬股上演。因而，除了投資者必須謹慎過濾，監管當局也應對“存有種種漏洞”的傳言加以把關，確保市場的公平與誠信獲得維護。（星洲日報／投資致富‧投資茶室‧文：李文龍）

I concur FX Lee. Xox is profitable and will remain so cause their cost Base is relatively low and their subscribers will increase. BoD are hopeless however n should b removed.

Brahmal might not choose XOX,
usually Brahmal choose those profit making company

FX u can go and buy Top Glove. I m considering buying the whole XOX co and kicking out the truely hopeless BoD. What it needs is a Brahmal in this company.

Last month, XOX had launched a new postpaid plan which managed to attract about 15,000 registrations to date
