The recent ECE (E-Commerce Expo) in China has been a eye opener to discover the huge JV synergies that beneficial to businesses and consumers related to Internet, telecommunications and electronic payments in many industries to maximise implementations to improve services faster and provide broader market connectivity efficiently and effectively.

In some countries, this industries is regulated by the central bank policy or required certain stringent criteria to penerate effectively especially related to financial institutions, ,large international internet related companies in Asia such as TC and ABB are aggressively looking for synergies joint ventures because it's difficult to establish a foothold in SEA because of exchange regulations restrictions approval. Moreover it is time consuming to start from scratch.

As Internet services, tpa and e-commerce gateways is very important in this region (SEA) because it is under developed as described earlier, therefore any " possibilities" can happen. Huge JV synergies have been witness in China, US and Europe this year. Will they ignore SEA?

If Jack Ma can plan and list his company at Nasdaq in between a year for hundreds of billions dollars and spend about a billion dollars for a stake in a chinese football club in just less than 2 hours discussion, how long it would takes to strike a deal in other JV synergies?
