Facai, I understand what the article is trying to relay the supply and demand issue. I always regard this stock market is not fair to minority shareholders. Insider information is strictly controlled and only accessible to the rich, merchant bankers and person that have direct access to the good news before it is released to public. It is not a fair game all this while. So in order to dig into the potential of a company, we really have to investigate and study the company well. It is not an easy task. If we use media to provide information to invest, most of the time it is already too late. Thanks a lot for your input.

Secondly, you did not know the difference scenario of 10 years ago and present time. Compared to 3 yrs ago it has risen more then 300 % because of the management has done a good job .If you have 10 year investment time frame for your money, you have hundreds of thousands of good and decent companies to choose. Ghlsys for me, 2 years is enough to reach my target. Anything above is a bonus to me.
In fact, it is above my expectation as at today. Wish you all the best with your next long 10 years .

Henry, I buy this stock when I realized its reaches a point that I personally feel it is undervalued. To the view as a investors anytime is a good time. I don't time the market. On a lighter note, I treat this stock as my best friend. He must have all the criteria stated above before I befriend him. No point befriend someone that betray you. I respect your knowledge in corporate exercise about esos. This company management priority is rewarding their employees , secondly is their customers and thirdly is their goals of sustainable trends.Their staff selling is due to lots of reasons. They are not speculators. They will sell on a profit when they deem timing is right for them. Whether they know the price will go up later or after they sell is another issues. The Major Shareholders are accumulating when their open period is allowed them to do so.

If you understand the max % of limit for each year, SC only allowed the majors to buy not more than 4 % for the whole year. Even all their executives are selling, I also have to monitor the emerging of 8 new institutions investors are already emerged in the list recently.

Whatever it is, unless the majors are disposing , instead they are still topping up to max limit of 2% every open periods, I don't see any sign of distress at the moment.
