A lot of people have big tummy without realising their big intestines store a lot of shit which is not removed bcos of irregular motion.As time passes by the body cannot function properly n give ways to all kind of sickness including cancer.The shit in the large,long intestines generate a lot of toxins in their body then weakening the immune systems making their organs esp liver and heart not working well.So we eventually fall sick n die prematurely.Hence it is important to keep our intestine clean n free of toxins by having regular motion through drinking a lot of water.

Also drink a cup of tumeric drink (just a teaspoon of tumeric powder in warm water) daily before breakfast.It is good for removing puffiness in our face n tighten our skin,making you look younger n charming with thinner face.

Charles,when you computed the rise,you used the base as rm2/-,16÷2=800%,decrease you use the rm18,the fall=10÷18=50+%,you are the one using fake comparison ie rise=800%,fall=50% so there is ample opportuniyiy to fall further.
