Here is the simple calculation...
Renounceable means can be traded in open market is they take up the right...

For current 2 shares you get ...
2 warrants 2 x 0.100= 0.200 (0.115 x 2= 0.230)
3 more share units - 3 x 0.100 = 0.300 (0.140 x 3= 0.420)

So....let's just look at mother share...

Current market value of 2 x 0.135 (today closing) = 0.270
The additional 3 lots x 0.100= 0.300
So Total you have 5 units = $0.570.....divided now by 5 cause u have total 5 units now so....= $0.114 - is suppose to be the right market value. ..however. ....

Our friend here...MARA bought at 0.112...how much profits "he" make if that happens...?

"He" either sell all the share he owns now n reap capital gains. ..because if "he" exercise only the right, the price will fall back to 0.114 n he bought at 0.112....


MARA price: 0.112 (current $ is 0.135-0.112 = gain if he dump now...0.023)

Assume MARA New right: 0.100 (current price is= 0.135-0.100= gain if he dump now...0.035)

Questions:

1) Will MARA dump all? Cause no point he dump half?

2) OR he will push it higher?
