Dropped Term Loan linked to Dropped in Fixed asset? If Yes, It should should in Cash Flow that Sales of Fixed Assets, and in Finance Activities show "Repayment of Term Loan" around RM51.5M (RM58.5 - RM7M). Sorry, cant get the common sense.

IF YOU see the announcement date for Quarter REPORT. when it was good result, it will announced early abit, i.e. 15.02.2016; 19.05.2016 & 12.08.2016.
However, when it was bad result, it almost announced at last minute, that is not a good practice. this time the quarter report still last minute - feel very no confident to it.

if want to judge a company good or bad, basically should base on PBT (profit before tax), not the NP (profit after tax)

profit before tax is slightly increased compare to previous quarter.

if you read financial report carefully, IBHD actually preformed better compare to previous quarter and previous year as well. this quarter slightly dropped compare to previous quarter due to the tax rate which is out of control from IBHD Management.

My dear investor, I just take Am Bank as example, every quarter it made profit + acceptable dividend paid, but the share price keep drop and drop until the P/E ratio below 10 for a quit long period. Many ppl just think that this counter no more hope because of some political issue related.
However, it rebounded yesterday, up like a rocket!
what i want to say is Tek Seng similar to Ambank as well, every quarter made profit + dividend given, P/E ratio below 10 (especially now below 5!). For long term holder, just be patient, even now suffer a capital lost, the share price will shoot up in one day as long as it keep make profit!!!!
