Nicolas.. I think we are at the some age range.. I was in market since 1993..I have gone through 1997 ,2007..I am also not a newbie in stock market..I put 20% of my money in speculative stock.. From my experience, as long as the company financial is not so bad.. When the Stock at the bottomed price..the company always disclose some news.. I will go for it.. Need to have enough patience for this type of stock..

Nicolas.. On what basis you said NG will become PN17 company?? Normally listed company becomes PN17 is due to several factors. It could be company financially distressed. not having core business or failure to meet minimum capital or equity etc.. . Does NG has those mentioned issues??? When you say something you should have reason to say that.. But I do not see any from you... Can you narrate more? Would like to learn from you... Thanks.

It will give confidence to public if NG decided to assign SEF as their main contractor..it is still OK If NG assign majubina group but it seems not very convincing by investors...as I look at it NG investor is not their target since the whole NG capital is less than100 millions.. The project is 1.15 billions.. You think they want to con you at this bottomed stock price 0.045? ? The stock price will be only up.. It is matter of time with all these news..

DON JUAN.. I respect your negative view on Nexgram.. My takes on Nexgram is that the previous management might did something bad to the company... But have you noticed that Tey pot yee and tuan haji norzain had back to acquire the shares again from May 16 to Dec 2016... And furthermore the management has deployed new ma nagement director tuan haji to take full charge on the administration in end 2016.. I do not think the company situation will be Cap ayam forever as you said.. Sometime a speculative and aggressive investor like me would like to take risk to get high returns.. And moreover, this stock is at the bottom now..the risk is not high , worth to try....

WHY Nexgram is my most notable stock? 1) it has bottomed and hovered between 0.04 to 0.45 for quite a long time. Any project commence news will stimulate the stock price. 2) it is only stock that is holding a few big projects but stock price is at history bottom and it is the most down trend 2nd liner stock in 2016 and 2017. 3) since the price is in cents unit, once the price move, the return percentage will be huge. Now all depends on how new management is going to deliver the project.. Without execution, even a few more projects coming also useless... The stock won't move without delivery ..unless some big guns start goreng it...

This stock is antibody to any positive news as usual. Slow and steady... Kikikiki..

The Ex date for the dividend is 14 July. 0.05cent per share... Just times the number of shares you hv with 0.05. You will get the dividend amount. e. g. If you hv 1000 shares, 1000*0.05= RM50, you will get RM 50.

Year 2017 already begged 430 millions to date. Another 570 millions for the coming 10 months? Target 1 billion ? It's a piece of cake...

If the price can stay at 1.4 ..then it will go higher..

SKH 0060 sky rocketed from 0.075 to 0.165 probably due to awarded project of 118 million in 2015 and cold eyes also has bought their share. NO REASON THAT the price of Nexgram with dirt cheap current price 0.05 , with project 338 million won't shoot up like SKH.. I dun think the smart investment not seeing this opportunity...better grab before too late...

If the cyberjaya 1.45 billion project kickoff as what the report said.. The revenue only will reflect in the July 17 onwards.. Same as the 338 millions project...

As expected result since the revenue of the project not in yet.. Monday will be a good time to accumulate more.. But I think it wont drop to 0.035.....if you can hold till July 17,you will definitely make good returns..

Don is a good nexgram navigational light.. If he talks bad about nexgram with no facts and figures.. You can sailang and buy more.. It won't be wrong.. He already has shouted from 0.04 to 0.055.. Lol

5 reasons why I bought Nexgram :
1) New management team since middle of 2016.
2)Haji Norzain.,the new deputy chairman is holding 9.426% of the company shares.
3) Awarded a 338 million project recently with securing 24 months revenue. There is a good chance to get another 2 government housing projects soon. 1.45bil cyberjaya project not yet dead....
4)The chairman promised to shareholder that the company will focus strongly on getting new projects and businesses and is dedicated to creating and maintaining value for shareholders on AGM recently in Dec. 16.
5)with all the positive news and more to come.... the market price still at the very low level.. The price is not likely to drop more than 0.04..strong support at 0.04...

There are 2 more housing projects yet to finalize.  From a simple calculation, only base on the 2 big projects (provided good execution).. The EPS(10% profit) per qtr should be 0.4 cent. Let' s make an assumptions that no more projects coming in until 2019.The average EPS per year should be 1.6 cent. If we look at PE 10..the price should be at lease 0.16 ...logically the price shouldnt be so low at this moment.....

This stock is not for instance money.. Be patience.. 2017 result will be interesting...

388 mil + 1.45 bil project + blue hill project + shipping revenue... That means this company will be busy until 2020 with estimation of at lease EPS 0.7 cent perQtr earning not included the future project... The reasonable price for this stock should be 0.20 above.... Sailang.....

When you have 1 million below.. You are able to to get average 20% per year.. But once you have 10 millions above.. You still can get 20% above?? I doubt..
