凭单严格上来说只是一张认购的表格，到期前就拿钱来转成母股，不然就是废纸一张。当然这很看大股东的意愿。
凭单的溢价肯定比母股高，这就是为什么散户都超爱的，小刀锯大树。
20年前，IOI-WA 跌到半分，还剩下两周，结果森那美恶意收购，搞到凭单被狂抢，股价从半分涨到两块多。友尼森-WA 当年也跌到半分，剩下3周，结果母股暴涨，股价也是半分起到一块二。这是经典的例子，其实大部分的凭单都是不了了之的。
老话一句，股市有风险，投资要小心。

@SaiDiLee. 这WA 总票数为9亿六千万，在02/04/22才到期，暂时还蛮ok 的，1分还需耐心等待。平均价没去算过，两年一个月的历史高位在46分，最低一毛。去年7月尾动过一下，从18分推到34分，之后就跌到现在。每日成交量都在几百粒上下徘徊。

Planting durian is the best ever proposal being tabled.Only work twice a year in durian farm, the rest can do a lot of part time jobs, not only bela haiwan2 but oso can catch birds n fishes...... walaueh I oso interested. If no money, borrow from papa felda st.......:-)
