The recent future looking good to all OSK business sectors:

1) Property - Budget 2020 sees government support
2) Construction - PH government expected to release more projects
3) Financial Services - Decrease in SRR will benefit bank sector (RHBBANK)
4) Cables & IBS - will grow with Construction Sector
5) Hospitality - will benefit from 2020 Visit Malaysia Year
6) Renewable Energy - LSS3 ?

Well..at least Budget2020 sees some effort on easing property over supply issue. Hopefully OSKH wins some LSS3 projects.

Special Dividend means OLH is not planning to privatize OSK with low price.

OSK needs a special dividend to trigger the share price.

2 cents for this quarter is ok, since OSK has yet received 12.5 cents dividend from RHBBANK.

With good dividend payout and seemingly forever undervalued share price, OSK provides investors chances to collect the shares over a few yrs. U still win if compare to FD returns, unless u bought many warrants, then the risk is high.

LING, OLH tried to privatize OSKH in 2013 for the price of 1.68 per share (equiv to 1.12 after dilute)?

Most of the time, when OSK share price sit still for many days, it will trigger a drop before raising again.

Not good news in short term doesnt mean bad news. It's good in long term though..lol

Acquiring needs money, not really good news in short term.

After Aabar sold most of its holding on RHBBANK. Now EPF is the largest shareholder of RHBBANK (40.56%), follows by PNB (10.57%), then OSK (10.13%). I hope OSK sells its holding on RHBBANK and distributes special dividend to the shareholders :)

Today many counters with large volume traded at last moment, either big up or big down.

I think around 15mil shares was disposed thru open market at 4:50pm.

When RHBBANK up, OSK share price kept weakening.
When RHBBANK down, OSK said u jump i jump.

Maybe OLH got bad reputation. That's y the share price keeps undervalue for long period.
