The panic sell is due to Komark only sell one of his subsidiary, and the rest are not interested by the buyer, because the buyer only interested on the China market, and not the Asian.

After sold the China subsidiaries, the NTA become 0.63, but no debts. If Komark stop selling other Asian subsidiaries, i believe the owner have the ability to turn the company back to profit in future.

Time to collect oil share, and hold it because oil price is cheaper than mineral water, not realistic.

yesterday sharp drop is due to HLB call technical sell off..support at 0.595, just base on technical point of view.

then the price will drop, and good chance to collect more at lower price and sit tight and wait...of cause holding power is important.

i won't worry about it because the NAPS is 0.92, if the deal is discount by 20% then the safety margin is still 0.736. why worry....

don't forget Chinwel have a factory in Vietnam, where cost is lower than China...
