i dont think this counter can get out of pn17. White knight is indeed a scam to con money from investors. At the end, investor lost tonne of money and the counter get delisted from the market.

Please bear in mind that, the company can still operate as usual after delisted from bursa. Selling their cable or what sort ever. But the money of investors will never come back.

This is clear example of copying CFM guys. Make an announcement and press release regarding very big news to push the price higher. Bekir already disposed more than 10mil unit of his share via direct business transaction. I do believe he disposed the share to market using somebody else. Whoever bought at high and keep buying to average the price, i feel sorry for them. Hopefully there will be another rally to push the price but it is very unlikely. Macdx indicate no shark in here, only retailer and some hot money transaction. Good luck guys

As at May 31, 2023, Sarawak Cable had RM388.64 million of current loans and borrowings, but only RM37.46 million in cash and bank balances. Its accumulated losses swelled to RM283.7 million, with capital deficiency of RM63.9 million as at the date.

Sarawak Cable has been ascribed a Practice Note 17 company since Sept 30, 2022. As at Oct 9, its shares were trading at five sen, valued at RM18.29 million. It has been loss-making since the financial year ended Dec 31, 2017.
