The United Nations Security Council holds an emergency meeting following a suspected chemical weapon attack in Syria. Russia says it has proof that the attack was ‘staged’; President Trump has called Syria’s president a ‘Gas Killing Animal who kills his people and enjoys it’ and that U.S. missiles ‘will be coming.’

Oil prices rose about 2 percent on Wednesday as U.S. crude inventories rose less than expected, supply disruptions continued in Libya and the OPEC-led output cut by producing countries looked likely to be extended.
U.S. crude futures surged to nearly a two-week high after the Energy Information Administration (EIA) reported that crude inventories rose 867,000 barrels last week, nearly half the build expected, as refineries ramped up processing after seasonal maintenance and imports dropped and exports rose.
West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures futures settled $1.14 higher at $49.51, rising 2.4 percent on the day for the best close in three weeks.
Brent crude futures rose 95 cents, or 1.9 percent, to $52.28 a barrel by 2:38 p.m. EDT (1838 GMT) after hitting the highest level since March 16.

Oil Prices Rise Ahead Of EIA Supply Data
The U.S. Energy Information Administration will release its weekly report on oil supplies at 10:30AM ET (1430GMT), amid analyst expectations for a gain of 2.6 million barrels.
The American Petroleum Institute said late Tuesday that U.S. oil inventories fell by 2.7 million barrels in the week ended March 16. There are often sharp divergences between the API estimates and the official figures from EIA.
Oil prices were hovering near their highest in three weeks, with WTI crude futures rising 30 cents, or 0.5% to $63.84 per barrel, while London-traded Brent crude futures were at $67.80 per barrel, up 38 cents, or 0.6%.

Investing.com – WTI crude oil prices settled higher as data showing an unexpected draw in crude supplies, snapping a three-week streak of rising crude stockpiles, offset a continued rise in domestic production.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange crude futures for May delivery rose 2.6% to settle at $65.17 a barrel, while on London's Intercontinental Exchange, Brent rose 3.13% to trade at $69.53 a barrel.
Inventories of U.S. crude fell by 2.622 million barrels for the week ended March 16, confounding expectations for a rise of 2.6 million barrels.
Gasoline inventories – one of the products that crude is refined into – fell by 1.693 million barrels, missing expectations for a decline of 2.008 million barrels, while supplies of distillate – the class of fuels that includes diesel and heating oil – fell by 2.022 million barrels, beating expectations for a decline of 1.746 million barrels.
The fall in crude supplies comes as data showed US crude imports fell by 508,000 barrels per day last week and somewhat eased investor concerns that faster pace of production would lead to uptick in the crude stockpiles.
Despite refinery maintenance hitting a peak this month, the refinery utilization rate rose 1.7 percentage points, beating estimates for a 0.3 percentage point decline.
Also supporting crude prices was growing expectations that President Donald Trump may adopt a tougher stance on Iran amid a visit from Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman this week.
Some have suggested that the president may look to reimpose sanctions on Iran, raising the prospect of Middle East supply disruptions as countries would be pressured to reduce their purchases of Iranian crude.
