HEKTAR keep going down, down and down, anyone can guess why? Will it go more lower and how low it will go ..bottom out price?

Very soon to break 6.00

Reits are quite safe and stable stock , but lately the price sliding down.. I think now may be a good time to buy, does anyone agree with me?

The last dividend was in 2015. Now the company start to pay dividend, although just 1.00 sen but I think it is a good start for the company .

I am quite new to REITS. Accumulated about 5 different REITS and all are doing well ... bought it as income stock for dividend. Looking forward to receive SUNREIT divided ...
