Further to the Company's announcement dated 15 November 2016, the Company wishes to announce that MyAngkasa Bina Sdn. Bhd. vide their letter dated 2 June 2017 has agreed to grant an extension of time of six (6) months with effect from 1 June 2017 to Nexgram Land Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company under the Off-Take Agreement for the Putrajaya and Cyberjaya Projects.

All other terms and conditions under the Off-Take Agreement remain unaltered.
