how to make money in stock aside doing valuation? when people fear, you better greedy. when people greedy, you better fear. When I look at Hevea counter previously, when majority very optimistic about the counter and expecting it to move to 1.80, I sold mine. When it dropped to 1.40, majority still laughing that it wont drop further due to good fundamental. Eventually it proved the idea is wrong and the counter drop further to below 1.20 and close to 1.10 now. Parkson counter is similar and looks like majority are fear now due to its negative sentimental, we shall see.

this year not a good year, political issue, coming election, US bubbles crisis, counter could be go sideway or drop further and stay above RM1.00, optimistically.

up another 2.5 cents but with low volume .... volume is important for sustainability

dun be naive, everyone can do their own valuation. I don't trust all bankers valuation, mostly fake to fool the public for own agenda. do ur own valuation.

Just to recap someone just said this last month only. Now hevea price is 1.2x only. So don't be over confidence or naive and think you can win and predict the market easily.

investment is not gambling, do the best valuation u can and find the best entry point tat you feel good to enter if worth to invest ... nothing is sure in investment as it can be manipulated. Buy at close to the lowest point is a good approach instead of cost averaging ...

i collected a few today and see how it goes after price meet my target .... how government rob its people: 1) Printing more paper currency to dilute your saving. 2) Encourage people to invest and quietly rob you from share market with first hand info. 3) Impose taxes.

beware of company share buyback. Either the company is performing well or they are getting cheap credit to buy up own shares to lift the price. Buy back is a double edge sword. do investigate which one is which one.

hevea is a good counter, but u can still buy at a lower price later instead of buying too early, patience is needed n wait for the right timing.

dun get trapped in long term investment, new monetary shift is in progress and long term investment game is over soon after 40 over years, everything is short term now. do your homework. The scam of fiat monetary system is cracked and started to leak to the public.

NAV 0.82, Qtr eps 1.33, if annualized it based on 0 growth rate, its value is about 42 cents, if put in optimal growth rate, its value is around 64 cents. Add in nav around 1.46, but usually you need to discount the asset value as reported. If with very good growth rate, its value is around 1.85 before discounted. Personal evaluation as a guidance for those lost cats in this counter as a reference.

Those who had caught the falling knife hopefully you are not deeply cut and bleeding. Anyway, there is a gap down and the gap will be closed eventually sooner or later. You need holding power. My comment is still kiv and wait until it consolidate, i think it will drop further to below 1.30 before consolidation. No clear sign of reversal yet. If you want to enter at this level, buy little bit, dun buy a lotto bet. For me I will wait even if I miss this chance if things reverse suddenly.

looks unlikely moving to 0.50 due to very low sell volume and no significant liquidation for those heavy buyer bought at level 0.55 to 0.61

I will mark the price 1.35 mentioned by someone as is a joke. When i invested in hevea at 1.20, it was dropped to 1.05 eventually and out of my expectation, due to 1.20 is already severe undervalued. No one will expect it went to 1.05. So I topped again when it dropped to 1.05 previously. Anything can happen in market. Will wait and see.

the most dangerous thing in investing is over optimistic without understanding the fundamental shift in global monetary system and the real global economy situation. Something big is coming quietly. Just be careful guys. UK, France, US and SGP are not looking good underneath lately if you read their data. The more I read and understand, the more I worry. You can have a super carrier sailing on the sea confidently. But when tsunami hit, everything will be washed out.

by end of Nov, US may have major economy shift and impact, suspecting. When the global get affected, stock will be dumped by everyone regardless of the company performance. Lets see.

just to share, after read the report, parkson still making some losses n no profit even with positive revenue. 2018 could be a bubble burst year for bond, stock and real estate. if so, asset valuation for parkson will drop. just beware of this.

Everyone has his own view to gauge the market to provide complete consideration when investing. Everyone is our teacher. I bought this counter not due to its revenue, but its underlying hard assets.

bro, there is no strong currency, all fiat currency, backed by nothing, US dollar will be taking out as dominant soon and replace by SDR+crypto+some gold+some other currencies. Petro dollar is vanishing slowly.

i bought hevea lower than 1.30 previously and sold all at 1.68. Investment based on fundamental study, business model and global economy issues plus currency movement.

Look at the big picture globally instead of just looking at the company, US will be hit by problem soon due to their QEs and planned QT, when dollar drop, RM up, export affected. When fiat currencies get affected globally, the whole thing will be messy. They call it grey swam.

i will wait for it to touch 0.60 and see how it goes ... low volume lately n nothing much can expect so far.
