dun argue la, too much to read already in forum. everyone just share their own view and findings. buy or not is individual thing. u can discard any comment if u dun like it, no big deal. its like choosing a gf, both also have their good sides. for me i just dun like a gf who carry too much debt no doubt she looks gloomy and pretty.

well, if u r not doing fundamental checks, reading reports, understand a company and management, doing whatever homework needed, and just gamble for up and down, then better dun invest, put the money in fd. 80% of counters are either cheating money with fake reports or losing money business. Our job is to pick up those good remaining one.

bank likes fd, they give u 3%, use ur money to invest and make 10%, then they take the 7% profit, w/o any cost. fd is part of saving portfolio but u cant depends 100% on fd. the value will deplete in long term.

balance sheet wise, i prefer hevea than evergreen .... evergreen a bit too ambitious n greedy n taking risk ... not my flavour ....

this counter is a seasoning counter n floating up n down ... but it wont collapse .... at least for now.

i loaded some as well for this counter. Its undervalue as well.

the price need to settle down around 1.80 for some days before moving up again, be patience.

i just did a quick check for this counter, carry high debts, business performance not consistant, even though NTA is higher, but they can sell the asset to lower down the NTA when having financial difficulty. Buying only based on NTA is not a wise choice. Should assess other aspects.

if u do calculation, the counter fair value is around RM1.70.

this counter is healthy n fundamental also good...but too bad its over priced, over value now ... shld worth less than RM2.

hope it will go down further for me to collect ....

when u look at the chart, price went down with very low volume, it means no major sellers, only small fearful holders selling....u only need to be fearful when price drop and volume is very high.

Let me make a guess, they declare low dividend to push off small investors to let go the holdings, then bankers grab them, later they re-announce the tp and push the price up again ... lets see whether does it happen.

very low profit, eps low, naps also low, price over value, should sell, fair price shld be around 0.95.

the risk to go lower is limited due to fundamental .... so i gamble a bit, but not much, just in case.

theoretically the chart need to close the gap between 0.235 and 0.27 ... so its matter of time to go up to that level ... yet financial report looks promising, if its not fake.
