The Board of Directors (“Board”) of ORION wishes to announce that the Board had on 13 September 2018 approved to acquire one (1) ordinary share representing the entire issued share capital of Ganda Integrasi Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1265110-M) (“GISB”) from Encik Rohizan @ Rohaizan Bin Abdullah for a cash consideration of RM10,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Ten Thousand only) (“GISB Acquisition”), resulting in GISB becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

GISB was incorporated in Malaysia on 22 January 2018 as a private limited company under the Companies Act 2016 and is principally engaged in software development for Government related sector.

The GISB Acquisition is in line with ORION’s expansion plan into future projects for Government related sector.

The GISB Acquisition is not expected to have any material effect on the earning or net assets of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2019.

None of the Directors and Major Shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect in the GISB Acquisition.

@choop818, correct, thats why I think it is still worthy to hold till quarter results announce, For me no harm in locking some profit first then see how it goes after the q announce, if it goes up then good but if go down no harm for me also cos i already lock some profit.

@choop818 , most likely, judging from the way that it being buy definitely is not retailer, definitely some shark pushing up. My reason for keeping,1) it has been consistently up 2-5 steps without over increasing(but the mother did not follow the warrant steps thou), still consider healthy way of going up 2) eventhough it has rose more then 100% but seems like retailer still not interested in this stock yet, usually shark will push up to the stage that majority retailer come in then they go out.

However, I'll lock some profit before the quarter result come out because historically speaking this stock has a trend of going sideway or downtrend after the results come out. My personal view...

i dont actually wan to spoil the party but 1 cents of opinion from me, looking back this stock has a 'trend' of up for a day then slowly go back to the original price for so many many years. If you are a 'chartis' then trend is your tool right? if you are a FA guy, there are tons of fundamentally strong stock out there why hope on this,lol. well I might be wrong and I hope that I'm wrong so that the innocent soul out there will not lose your hard earn money.

PS: buy stock based on rationality not emotion.
