exactly, few months back before q1 results was out, it slowly push up from 1.58-1.63 and maintain at 1.65-1.75 range, then push up to 1.8 something then consolidate at 1.73 for quite sometime after q1 was out. My point is,its not that this quarter it incur losses,just the earning is less so how can it be value less then when previous quarter was not out yet,lol.

6cts I think is a reasonable of dividends given out. Ppl call Malakof 'dividend wet dream' stock and yet combining interim and final year dividend, average it pays 5cts-5.5cts .Assuming u hold 10k of flbhd shares, u be getting around RM600. That still better then you put your money in fixed deposit with only 3-4% of returns and no upside potential.

@tslai38 it is just my personal opinion, decision is ultimately yours.

Up to date, the total net profit is still more compare to last year. today sell might be due to 'panic selling'. Personally i will hold on since its not that they incur losses just decrease in quarterly profit. If 3rd and 4th quarter they can maintain, then its fine. And they do pay good amount of dividends.

agreed with @2721. If you believe in the company fundamental just invest. Mr Lin has been collecting at low, maybe at 1.28-1.58. Selling at 1.70-1.86 will be good for him to take this money for a short getaway,haha.
