Ekovest is a much larger company, more holding in cash but do not have that many ongoing projects so they will definitely chase for more projects
IWCity is relatively much smaller, not much in cash holding but a lot of unused land bank in Johor. In short term IWCity will still have problems recording profitability (still possible).
