What u mean is even vt pay minority less than the penta deal u can accept. To me penta deal already not fair enough as compare to the actual value of bjland.

Leong1982 i agree with u ,v should form a group of retail investor, so that our voice can reach to d management n also the whole world .if the deal is fair v can accept, if not v make it politically serious.ph will be in critical position.

All minor shareholder can go to lodge police report if really vt doesnt offer better than penta deal and make it a political issue in the media.

I do agree with leek n kelvin,one thing very important is all the minority share holder hold firm dont sell n keep on buying if affordable.

Anyway, dont sell your share n get more if affordable. The present price still below 38¢
