On behalf of the Board of Directors of Hibiscus Petroleum, Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Hibiscus Petroleum has on 9 November 2015 entered into a binding equity transaction term sheet (“Term Sheet”) with HEH in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.



The Term Sheet sets out the understanding of the Company and the shareholders of HEH (“Vendors”) in relation to the proposed acquisition by Hibiscus Petroleum of 100% equity interest in HEH to be satisfied via the issuance of new Hibiscus Petroleum Shares and/or in such other forms to be mutually agreed to by the parties, subject to the terms and conditions in the definitive share sale and purchase agreement to be entered into between the Company and the Vendors.
