its ok for me since i m hold long ... bright future .... intrinsic value more than RM3

private placement only for selected buyer or instituition . such like us small potato wont get any . on the other hand we as existing shareholder might sustain short term losses resulting in dilution of the share , for long term is good raise fund for new contract obtained . please correct me if i m wrong .... thanks

sebastian , may i ask do u buy in when the price drop to 1.71 few weeks ago ?? most of them see when the price drop tremendously they worry n dare not to buy but when price up they only said wait for lower price if its drop to previous 1.71 , seem funny right ?

base on technical chart below than 2.05 is worth to buy , if lower again then u shld buy in , yesterday buy 2.02 today sell 2.06 earn some duit kopi ....

apple ceo yes u r right , i had made a big mistake , bcs i thought making profit company share price will eventually reflect on it but unfortunately not , making profit counter mostly i hold over year include instaco but it's really dissapointed me . most of the counter i hold until now d get profit such esceram , wellcal , elsoft , teoseng , but instaco haizzz really sad

not only concern about share price but if profit less than expected then how it going to gv dy 7.35 annually ?

i like this counter bcs it has fulfill my stock pick requirement , zero borrowing net cash company with cash per share 18cent . profit growing year to year increase 83% , current asset is 6x higher than it current liability . high net profit margin 43% , bonus issue may awarded in future to improve the share liquidity by increasing the floating share in the market .

if annual eps able to reach 12-13cent , dy 7% still able to maintain , rolling 4qtr eps only 10++ how it going to maintain dy7% at current 1.35 market price ? dividen payout 100% only able to maintain dy7% , is that possible ? if eps 10 with 70% dv payout , u r only able to get dy5% with price 1.35 . if you want to get 7% dy with eps 10 , the price to buy should b RM1 if dv payout 70% , for me if padini drop to 1.3 i will collect it slowly . hope that nx quarter report eps and profit margin will be better that current report . if eps maintain every year then treat as u keep ur money in fd .
