1. Why Yong Tai have a signing ceremony with a money game company?
2. Why Yong Tai & Impression City logo still appear in SVI corporate video?
3. Why Impression City video is the main presentation use by SVI to sell their e-share?
4. Why no legal action or police report since Yong Tai is cheated by SVI?
5. Why no press conference to explain everything to the public?

Why Yong Tai hold a ceremony and take photo with SVI? How many listed company will do that with a money game company? And these photo are use by SVI to mislead the public. If Yong Tai get cheated, they should make a police report.

As you can see in SVI sales material, SVI is still using Yong Tai & Impression Melaka name in their presentation, and also in their corporate promotional video. What is the action Yong Tai going to take?

Yong Tai owed investor a public explanation in proper manner before the issue escalated to become headline of all the major newspaper. Solve the issue proactively while you still can before rumors cast doubt on the company.

SVI is having daily presentation session at Sunway Velocity Office which show the signing ceremony and Impression Melaka as a JV project. How could they show the Impression Melaka video if there is no relationship? If Yong Tai claim there is no JV relationship, Yong Tai should make a clarification to the public in mass media. Many people invest in SVI because they are very impress with Impression Melaka.

resilient911, Alipay will co-exist with terminal based system for sometimes until they hit the critical mass.
Alipay, Samsung Pay & Apple Pay will be more economical to merchant as they make use of the existing P.O.S.
GHL/Mpay profit margin on rental of merchant terminal will be eroded over the time due to the competition.

Thanks Pavillion for your sharing. I was working in consumer banking division when the bank start to outsource the merchant terminal to company like GHL during the 1990s.
With the strong support from our government, Alibaba has a very comprehensive plan for Alipay in Malaysia.

@Nighelanghelo By altering the closing price, the stock indicators, for e.g. Bolinger, MACD, RSI, Stochastic will turn positive accordingly.
Some investors may make a buy order on the next trading base on these false signal.

@VenFX, we cant get rid of these.
Investor who are not aware might buy at price based on today closing price at tomorrow opening session.
You can avoid falling into the trap by looking at minute chart if you found the price rise unusually.

When it come to shopping mall, size is everything!
The Main Place is a very small neighborhood mall at only 237,000 s.f.
At this size, how could it compete with Sunway Pyramid, Empire, Subang Parade or First Subang Mall or even The Summit?
Up to today, the mall can't even secure a prominent anchor tenant & cinema.
The mall also need to compete with other small mall like The 19 USJ City Mall, Subang Avenue, Da Men & etc.
To make the matter worst, the over supply situation for retail space in Subang/USJ area is very severe & already pulling down the rental rate.
The survival of this mall is really in question. You do not need to be an expert to know the mall is still running at a loss & negative cash flow.
Obviously, the mall is currently a burden not a contributor to BPURI.
Beside that, how much net rental the mall can generate per year base on net rental space of less than 200,000 s.f.?

Company with exceptional thin margin is extremely vulnerable to the fluctuation of cost.
BPURI has only 0.3% margin, for every RM1 sales, they only make RM0.003.
It is like if the cost just going up by RM0.01, they will run into loss.
The price of steel & petrol are rising, let look at BPURI next quarter result.

I am here just to point out the reasons why BPURI EPS is so low.
No matter how valuable the asset the company have, how many project the company have, at the end of the day it is the Earning Per Share that determine the share price.
Just ask a question, will you invest in a company that make "0.3%" profit over the past 2 years? Even a sundry shop like 7 Eleven make much higher profit margin.
Just imagine if the cost overrun even by just only 1%, and cost overrun by up to 5% is very normal in construction industry, then BPURI will lose money, & the share price will tumble.
The risk to reward ratio for this stock just do not make sense.
Why take so much risk when you have so many much better alternative? There are so many construction company with much better potential to choose from.

The investment methodology shared by Mr Koon Yew Yin is valuable, however those refer to Koon recommendation must do your own research.
Honestly, I made some profit from Koon recommendation, but I spend a lot of time looking into each stock he mentioned before I buy.
I look into fundamental for stock selection, & only pick those stocks with good & consistent dividend payout records.
I use technical analysis in buy & sell on timing & entry pricing by referring to candlesticks, chart pattern, moving average, support & resistant, volume, Bollinger Bands, CCI, MACD & RSI.
Stock investment is very high risk. Many Investment Bank also gave recommendation that went wrong.
Anyway, I think Mr Koon should continue to share his view in investment knowledge.

[Losing 24% of market value is really a big disaster]
Mr engchun, I do understand from the publicly available information that this is a normal internal measure. But the leaking of the internal memo has been turned to a PR disaster & I think any company losing 24% of market value is really a big disaster. This clearly show Tek Seng is lacking of crisis management in PR. It is time Tek Seng CEO make a bold statement to address this confident crisis. It is not a very difficult steps to take, for e.g. doing an interview with The Star, providing the latest quarterly output figure should stop all the speculation that the company is running into trouble.

Finally Yong Tai is doing the right things by issuing a press statement with clear message.
This mean SVI is using Yong Tai & Impression logo to cheat.
Now Yong Tai should use legal means to stop SVI from using Yong Tai & Impression logo in SVI corporate video & sales presentation to promote their e-share.
Yong Tai need to do on English media as well.
