Bumi armada share price fell a whooping 81% against its 1 year high. Is this a buy stock?

CIMB is overly punished by the market. DS Nazir Razak did the necessary to demonstrate transparancy of the bank by declaring and then even took off days until investigation on him is completed. I have more confidence with him helming CIMB than the current chief. Let see if Mohd Nasir can turn around CIMB's tarnished image due to 1MDB scandal. Ans, CIMB assets in Indonesia is something that we should be watching closely. The economy and Rupiah currency is very unstable and has impact on CIMB group's profitably.

High PE because market places confidence on Dialog based on its fundamental record. Dialog is well positioned in the short to medium term, as they have strong collaboration with Johor and Petronas to complete PDT venture. Low oil price drives fulfillment of storage tanks utilisation and it will be counter intuitive for Petronas to abandon this project because downtream O&G is the key sector for them to make money now. Unless they have serious issue with their capex funding, PDT construction will continue. With Dialog's achievement in PDT Ph1 and 2, Petronas will unlikely take the chance to bring new player in. Anyway, which local EPC player has better experience in this industry then Dialog?
