Buy this stock because the value of company but not the price. Sometime need time to know the true value of company stock. After qtr result, we will know latest value of stock. P/E 12 (normally go for 15) as standard for construction stock, this stock is still undervalued. For current EPS x 12 (10.68centx12=1.2816), the stock worth 1.28. If new qtr for higher eps, then this stock will go uptrend fast.
