in share investment ,three thing are affect the return of our portfolio .

1)skill of picking stock
-we can learn from many sifu in i3 forum like icon8888,cold eye,OTB ,KYY.

2)Portfolio management
-cut loss & lets profit run

3)SAIZ(fund) does MATTER .
-the crucial point,with return of 10% , the bigger of fund saiz,the greater the return.

there are 3 way to increase saiz of fund.

i)monthly saving - before i start stock investment , my wife & i save 30-50% of monthly income ,continuously in 5 years.

ii)Family money- i gather money from my family to form a investment fund.

iii)Bank money- personal loan or margin account.


Finally, My point of view is , newbie should keep hardworking first to save own money & start invest when are young . After learn some investment skill & have proven profit record, can gather fund from family.after that , Margin loan is final step.

apply a margin account & standby , collect good share (low PE & high dividend) when market is collapse. I use this method to bought gkent when 1.22 - 1.25.

for every businessman or stock investor , using other people money is a ultimate method to road of success. but before that, please behave as discipline & genuine investor. don't speculate .

many richman are borrow other people money (through bank)to became more richer. Normal people are saving their hard earn money to bank .

as i know , Cold eye also use margin account to buy share. but only in right time & right company.

I also use margin buy a lot gadang at 1.22-1.35 . i treat stock investment as business investment. i treat margin as borrow money from other to build up my business. Use margin only buy good business (good company with low PE)& dividend can cover my margin interest rate.

FINALLY......

LeeWL, do u have been compare WTK with Ta Ann? With a same business condition , Ta Ann deliver more Dividend yield than WTK . what is your opinion?

as i know the profit is recognise from coal mine selling coal to RKM powerplant, not the revenue from selling electricity to local. correct me if i am wrong .

Mitra have very good earning prospect ,after give bonus share & free warrant , market cap rise from 3xx Million to 800M now.

Gadang also have very good earning prospect, but today market cap only 343 M .
