With reference to your query and in reply, we wish to inform that the decrease in the Group's revenue (by 12% as compared to FY2011) are mainly due to :

1) Construction, Engineering & Property Division - due to completion of Festival Mall project (a major project for the division) in FYE2011.

2) Renewable Energy & Palm Oil Division - reduction in revenue from oil-palm extraction operation due to "La Nina" effect and high CPO inventory level in the market

In my opinion, BullBear is thinking AirAsia's revenue will decrease because of entry of Malindo in Malaysia. Others may think the effect is not much and now is time to accumulate since the share price is low..Well, we cant argue too much and time will tell the effect of competition with Malindo.
