this is so speculative stock. Ppl buy this stock based on "rumours" . The acquisition of IWC will only deteriorate the EPS. To justify the PE, price must go down further. No doubt eko will have an enlarged land bank indirectly, but it will not be able to reflect in EPS immediately unless it sells.

This is between RUMORS vs FUNDAMENTAL fight. Fundamental tells me to sell. Rumors asks me to buy.
