（吉隆坡29日讯）TCS集团（TCS,0221,创业板建筑组）独资子公司TCS建筑有限公司，获得Southern Score有限公司颁予一项总值1亿4630万令吉的建筑工程合约，为后者在吉隆坡兴建2栋服务公寓及相关设施。

该公司文告指出，这是公司于日前上市后攫取的首项工程合约，以在吉隆坡名为Vista Sentul Residences产业计划兴建2栋分别为24层及37层高的服务公寓（分别有262及443个单位）、8层高的停车场、2座国能发电站及一层设施便利楼层。

董事经理拿督郑再盛在文告中指出，对公司上市不到一星期即取得新工程合约而感到高兴，并与公司的扩展计划一致，且是意义深远，因是以上市公司攫取的第一个工程计划。

他表示，增加上述新合约后，公司手握待完成工程订单总额达到6亿令吉，或等于未来3年的盈利透明度。
