Koon Yew Yin (官有缘) mentioned the following during a recent Investment Talk.:

Latitude Tree is the largest Malaysian listed furniture manufacturer. It has 3 factories in Johore, 2 factories in Vietnam and one factory in Thailand. 100% of its products are exported for USD.

Its 1st Quarter EPS is 17 sen and 2nd Quarter EPS is 28 sen totaling 45 sen for 1st half year. It has very strong cash flow without any bank borrowing. Due to strong USD, we can expect to see a better EPS for the 2nd half year. The total EPS for the year will be about RM 1.00 while its EPS for last year(2014) was 56 sen.
What would be the reasonable price for Latitude if its annual EPS is RM 1.00?

talkrealreal : What? No body play LIIHEN?? People are quietly "accumulating" this gem as LIIHEN has only 60million shares . It takes time to accumulate. Look at SHH which has only 50 million shares , the banker took months to accumulate SHH which was very thinly traded everyday. Once accumulated enough shares already, look at SHH's share price and its volume on 30-3-2015.

NTA of SHH is RM1.53, net cash is RM 23,000,000.00 or equivalent net cash of RM0.46 per share. Most of its land and properties were last valued during the nineties. Most of its furniture are exported to USA. With US Dollars kept strengthening over the past few months, SHH will show
good results.

回调 T + 5 天 后， 今天再次往上长升，緯树(Latitude Tree)长未到顶尖。今年五月尾将公布的第三季度（一月份，二月份 及三月份）的业绩应该不会另投资者失望，因为美元强劲。

I think very few free/floating shares of LATITUDE in the market already.

NTA of SHH is already RM 1.50, EPS is already 16.47 cents (rolling 4 qrts). Just take the lowest possible PE of this sector (PE=7), minimum Fair Price should be 7 x RM0.1647 = RM1.15. and now SHH is only trading at RM0.88. Need patience because its shares are tightly held, not many shares around also.
