But having a positive qr doesn't mean the impact can be seen straight away. If the overall market sentiment is bad this Monday. It will not go up as much, hence a buy call at a cheaper price.

maksudnya mrcb punya project bnyk dh siap bila duit yg digunakan sikit utk byr semua2. so upcoming qr bulan 12 akan positif lg, driven by properties sale and contract payments by construction jobs..

maserati04 MRCB has good prospect for the next few months. But for know, it seems change to bearish mood. if you want to hold, your own risk. QR will be not good enough after that it will correction back. Bankers don't give any clue n hint yet about this counter.

Buy at 57 cents, then you can safely ignore all the noises.

For a long term, this company can still maintain its balance sheet as only 23% of its project is based on goverment-awarded . But for a short term, it's not okay. OPEX does hike due to mobilization of workers in MRT2 and LRT3 .

Yeah, only stay if you plan to be with MRCB for 2-3 years.

So why are you looking at segmental reporting based on 3 months that has been calculated in the previous quarter report to measure the future of the company?

@Notconfused Then your logic should be, if market good before qr then qr good. This should be true all the time.

What happened to KPSCB? High before qr, then qr negative then drop.

MRCB is not oil and gas company hence, it didn't have a large opex.

Sums of outstanding order book is 4.9 billion, leveraged from LRT3 PDP fee and MRT2 contract.

The only problem is if MRCB didn't get payment this quarter for these two contracts.

Which can be offset by higher booking of its properties.

Still a higher-than 50% chance for MRCB to have a good QR .

SOTP valuation is 2.6 bil for properties and 1.68 bil for construction. How come 60% construction and 35% properties?
