用杆杠借贷买股票，赚钱时回酬可以翻倍，但是市场下跌时，亏损也可以双倍或更多，最近市场上数只大跌股票，都和大股东手上股票遭到迫仓强制卖出有关，跌幅之大令人不忍卒睹。

东南亚瓷砖（SEACERA 7073)在昨天廿七日时，一天内暴跌7.5仙或32.61%股价跌至历史低位RM0.155，大股东遭到迫仓卖出，相信是主要原因。

根据市场消息指出，东南亚瓷砖三名大股东，Zulkarnin Ariffin, Mansor Masikon 和Ismail Osman 的银行户口爆仓，结果被银行强制卖出抵押给银行的股票。

东南亚瓷砖股价由五十二周的RM0.93跌至目前水平，真是亏到脱裤，和它的每股净有形资产RM1.87相比，可见市场有多残酷。

在二零一八财政年，东南亚瓷砖营业额由前期2463万令吉跌48.5%至1269万令吉。

该公司在雪兰莪士毛月拥有500英亩未发展土地，被公司最值钱资产；它在今年四月时宣布取消收购建筑公司TERAS SARI的70%股权，原本收购价是3500万令吉。

东南亚瓷砖没有合於任何理由，原本该公司要通过这宗收购进军建筑业。

除了东南亚瓷砖股价受到FORGE SALE打击，毕达亮（PRESBHD 5204）也是受到大股东遭迫仓卖出影响，股价大受打击。

亿万富豪官友缘拥有最多股权的捷硕资源（JAKS 4723)也遭受相同命运。

看来影响股价走势的原因，除了公司基本面，财务状况之外，大股东有没有把票押给股票行或银行融资，也是另一个非常重要因素。
