Based on my experience there is a few warrant up like this. First is Seacera-Wa from 4 cents up to 30.5 in 1 day, second is Ekovest-Wb from 4.5 cents up to 53 cents in 5 days but this one is very rare from 1 cent all the way up to 27.5 cents.. One is an abandoned project between 2002-2003 & another one is since 2013. Hope these two will revival such as ECRL & Bandar Malaysia before Tun M step down next year.

This is old news but it's coming. The PTMP will start early of next year but so far no company awarded this project BRT-LRT-Monorail project. So far only two company (Scomi & China company) submitted the quotation to Penang Government.
