It is not bearish sign.. probably market sentiment n market depth.. that is why it still playing at 0.33 n 0.34.. will be rise soon.. but not sure how soon will it be.. I'm gonna hold it n wait..
P/s: this is just an opinion from my side.. agree/disagree up to you..

WIDAD probably will rise to 50cent.. probably not today but in midterm I believe it will.. received info from a remisier who know insider.. believe it or not, up to u.. just want to share that..
