On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board had on 1 July 2021 resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.1443 per Placement Share.

If Big kAki is sapu last round of warrants, thats mean short term will push up to RM0.30 above exercise price.
