The difference between the last spike on 2 mar and yesterday, is on 2 mar, the intra day high was .23 cents but closed at 0.18 cents down 0.05 cents and yesterday intraday high was 0.18 cents but closed at 0.175 up 0.15 cents. So it is unlikely a one day show.
Anyway 5c0160 why are you so negative. The strange thing is if you are invested in Eden you should be rooting for it unless you are not in this counter which make no sense of you badmouthing Eden. Of course unless you have lost a fortune in the past dabbling with Eden.

At 9.42am, See Hup had pared some gains at RM1.55, still up seven sen or 4.73% from yesterday’s close at RM1.48, with 372,900 shares changing hands.

The group said yesterday, the contract which will be undertaken by its 51%-owned subsidiary SH Moment Builder Sdn Bhd, involves Package 2, Section 4 of the rail link.

The group said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday that the contract is expected to contribute positively to its revenue, future earnings and earnings per share (EPS).

1. 16 Feb pp proposal at estimated price of 0.315 cent
2. 23 Feb submitted to SC for approval
3. 04 Mar SC approved the pp proposal
4. 21 Apr the pp price was fixed at RM 1.31 based on 5 days average (the pp fixed price was much higher than the estimated proposed price of 0.315cents becos the share was goreng up from 16 feb to 21 Apr.)

Hope you are more clear now on how the pp price fixing process.
