JF Apex Research maintained its Buy on VS Industry with an unchanged target price of RM1.75. "We advise investors to accumulate the stock amid current share price weakness in view of its: a) commendable core earnings growth, up 61.3% for FY17F and up 18.6% for FY18F; b) strong order pipeline from Dyson which would potentially enhance its future earnings; c) resilient business model as a leading local Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider; and d) decent dividend yield over 4% for FY17F,”

Why sell when most fund agencies want to buy? These people are big smart money managers especially KYY. It pays to follow winners especially those with BIG cash. Cash is king.

Interesting note; since Aug 30, retail has been net sellers. My 2centsense; local and foreign funds are capping a target purchase price on their favoured stock. A few funds are publicly optimistic of VS 2017/18 prospects. Are they waiting for you to sell? Resist them! If you can beat them, join them. Hold tight and wait with them for the next wave of retail purchase.
