2) is responsible for cleaning up (trading / absorbing)
The main point is that we as cleaners (traders), we cannot simply sweep (find / buy) and we need to be responsible for the sweeping e.g. scolded manager (losing money).
Literally, he MIGHT mean be responsible with your own decision and must expect the level of punishment.



Everyone in the stock market is trying to fill their own belly (to buy shares and earn from it). Some people like to eat noodles (using FA) and some partial likes to eat rice(using TA) of course there people also like to eat noodles and rice (using FA & TA).
For me, I like to use 72% FA + 10% TA + 18% stock market psychology to determine trends in stocks. FA and TA can be learned easily compared to stock market’s psychology; you may need longer time (maybe 5years?) to see the “action – reaction” and to understand the principle of it. If you had study/read "Thick Black Philosophy" it would be easier for me to help you or you still can ask me and I would try my best to reply you and share with you whenever I have time.
If you had mastered FA, TA and "Thick Black Philosophy”, then you can predict which, when and how much the stocks will rise.
This is because a dedicated cleaner (analyst) analyze what people see (hot stocks), what people do not see (cold stock) and what people do not want to see (abandoned stock).
Remember that people do not pay attention to dust (stock price volatility prelude) but as a cleaner (trader), you should able to identify faster than anyone else. Use the wind (news) as your advantage to create high yield, if it go against you, you still able to work around it (cut lost, hold, price average etc.? depends.). To master this, it would base on your usual practice (competence level) and skill (public profile).

2) Let yourself practice while learning in actual scenario! Improve your self-esteem and self confidence. Pick 13 most familiar or most-like stocks and go through the FA and TA. Drop down on a piece of paper with the 13 shares predicted results (up / down / flat) and its price.
Every day after closing settlement (6:00pm), you may start calculate the correct results (13/13 or 10/13 or 5/13…), repeat the same approach: reading, analyze, forecast, calculation. . . . . reading, analyze, forecast, calculation ...
Try out 1.5 month for the same shares before change to a new set of shares or until you can always get a success rate of 10/13. You had been considered made yourself 100%. We have maintained at least everyday 35/37 for each year. Gambateh!

Remember! ! ! ! “Luck” brings you short term win, “Technical” bring you long term earnings.
