Why sell Netx? Only 1 sen ( beforeconsolidation). dishonest asked everyone to buy and his reasoning was: At 1 sen, there was no downside risk, only profits?

Well, dishonest raider is caught naked trapped in the mud of a longkang in Klang. conman calvin came to rescue and threw him a pantee but this too was swept away by a temporary high tide.

It is almost impossible not to link conman calvin with Netx. conman calvin became famous for investing the proceeds of his sale of 10 houses to invest into Netx. In his one year of promoting this stock, he is among the Top 30 shareholders. Today he is swimming naked as the tide has retreated. Someone please throw him an underwear.

Guy, I watch with interest on arguments from both sides. Let get this clear..yes Netx may have failed in their business over the years..they have been trying to venture into this IT Business and funds are being injected. My views is that with the Rights Issue and their present cash piles the company will be in a better position to move in their business directions.Sorry to those guys who hve invested earlier on at higher prices but for those who came in at the time of the rights issue they are in a different platform.... surely they are lots of naysayers who have lost $ in badmouthing this counter... those who is invested with the rights issue will have better prospect moving forward

If the discussion in this thread had been truthful, dishonest raider, conman calvin and their followers will not be in their present predicaments.

Recall the abuse of this thread. At one stage for almost a few weeks, conman calvin and dishonest raider with the help of some of their followers deleted so many posts. If only they have listened to others' views on this counter, they might not have lost their hard earned money.

conman calvin even got his followers not to sell, pledged to hold this stock. As far as I observe, conman calvin has not asked them to sell. Similarly dishonest raider asked many to buy at 2 sen per share (that is, 50 sen per share). Pity those who listened to these two devious characters, they must have lost a lot of money.

strongcows was an eminent opponent of my posts. He owned this stock and not surprisingly, was on the opposite side of our discussion. strongcows can be respected for changing his stand when he found that the facts changed, based on his own criteria. He disliked the consolidation and immediately realised that this would be extremely bad for his position in Netx. I think he sold immediately and stated his reasons. He shared his reasons, but of course, both dishonest raider and conman calvin continued with their incessant promotion, countering strongcows' reasoning too.

This company was promoted by conman calvin. He cleverly used the NFCP and his phone call to Ms Penelope and then wrote many articles to promote. In retrospect, the rice is cooked (padi dah jadi bubur) and we can conclude that conman calvin and dishonest raider have made a big blunder in this stock.

Pride and greed prevented them from moving on graciously. They are swimming naked and there is nothing to learn but of their lessons to benefit our personal investing.

Because I am in a generous mood this morning, I wish to share with Good123 some of the problems with just looking at P/E, P/B, P/Sales or P/FCF on its own. You have to look at the bigger picture of the company.

If this is a great company having good quality earnings which throws out a lot of operating cash flow and after some capex generates a lot of Free cash flow; then if its P/B is less than 1, you should be very tempted. Quickly analyse it and you may be acquiring a great company at a bargain.

On the other hand, if you have a gruesome company, running losses with negative operating cash flow and large capex or R&D expenses and with no FCF and large negative FCF, then if its P/B is < 1, you better be more careful in your analysis. It maybe a bargain. Often it is a value trap. Its low P/B is just that, it is appropriately priced. Soon, you will find its NAV disappearing and the company returning to the shareholders for more cash to beef up their equity.

NetX is a company bleeding cash, large quantity yearly.
