There are only 3 things you need to know about NetX.

1. NFCP (fiberization) is not going to benefit NetX.

2. Its recent quarterly results showed its revenues collapsed (customers left) and losses were huge (from administrative and operating expenses).

3. Since 2009, it has destroyed a lot of shareholders' value. A lot of cash raised from new shares issued, never paid a dividend and its NTA adjusted has not risen.

appointed on 21 April 2015.

The previous directors (who have sold and left his company)
would have experience in the 2012 projects with TM.

Mr Tan seems to be very good at raising venture capital and
coming up with various projects to interest those willing to put
money in them. Alas, to date, most of these ventures have
burnt a lot of money with little if any to show.

Then the money raised is used to buy shares in these related companies.

None of these companies are doing well. They seem to be losing money most of the time.

Manipulation takes many forms in the markets.
