Felda does not intend to continue FGV listing so how?

No more new CW since privatisation news ie Dec'20.

No wonder deadline keep extending; latest today is until 2nd March. If revise price IB must suffer CW huge loss?

I would suggest you look into IRIS and ANCOMLB as both are set to get something in NIIS project. As I said earlier, you probably can come back next year and buy at 5s!
