Reap88 VC AR 2018 did not list CSY as substantial share holders. Prior to rights issue no announcement of CSY buying substantially. CSY must have bought after issue of VC-PA via open market to become largest holder of VC-PA. If analysis is correct CSY holding cost of vC-PA probably high . Now again pay for conversion ICPS to VC CSY cost of VC should be very high. Can anybody able to concur this analysis?
