Last Friday the share down is possible due to KSL-CA & KSL-CB maturity date 10/09/15 with exc. price 2.50 n 2.00 respectively at both ratio 3:1 . if the closing price at 10/09/15 is 2.50 or even higher. the CHUNG KA no need to pay any money(2,50-2.50) to ksl-ca holder, but had to pay (2.50-2.00)0.50 sen to every 3 shares ksl-cb. So the Chung Ka had to dump share to press down the mother share. ( maybe I am wrong, bcos I had little knowledge about call warrant. sorry if I give wrong concept)

gd morning. watchme,n ss661m, u had 10000 share means you can get 5 senX10000=RM500.00 so you can get 500/1.57 shares i.e. 318 shares n residual RM0.74. since the new share will be listing on 26 Feb 2015, we should get the new scrip debit into ur CDS ac before 26 Fed. this is so far what I knew bcos I always received this for my HSBC share listed in London.

kenneth89, yes, the price is RM1.57. but I do not know the residual they keep it into ur ac or refund by cash. eg. HSBC DRP if u received the scrip, the residual will keep into ur ac for next divv.

kenneth89, the DRP is not auto buy, the co will send u the offer letter,u must fill in the consent form n reply. if u didn't fill in, they will auto pay u the cash dividend.

hello, kenneth89, it seem they manipulate the price at RM2.00 +&-, so that when the analyst report released (together with some good news announced), the price AT rm2.00 +- is still low and the analysts will recommend STRONG BUY to this counter. When every one rush in to buy, the share will surge up. this is the time the big boys selling.( this is like fishing, when u throw the bait into the water, the fish will swim around the bait n observe, when one or two try to bite little bit n little bit , the others will worried the food will finish if they dun eat. so all fishes will rush to bite the bait. then u got it.)

Is any one can explain why the WA price is lower than the mother price by 15 sen if after conversion ?
mother price 4.55, wa 2.80 + conversion price 1.60 =4.40 discount of 15 sen
so if I sell the mother share and buy the Wa and send to conversion, I will made 12 sen gain after paying all commission n tax.

凭单的疑问请读开会通知书第5.5条，第14面。我讲的对了。

几年前我有过这样的情况，母股1：1给红股，凭单也照样1：1给红凭单。转换价也proposional 减半。所以KSL的凭单给了红股（凭单）转换价应该是Rm0.80. （手上有凭单的人要转换母股要趁早，因为转换需要一段长时间，怕X了来不及就吃亏了）（某日报的报道是错误的，对一半，错一半）至于有些公司有股息再投资计划（股息换母股），股票增加了，凭单转换价会不会再调整就不得而知。在香港，这些股息再投资后，凭单转换价会因股票增加再做出调整。如有错误，请多多指教。

I think the banker will push up the mother price, so that ppl will buy the ca or cb. when the time due then the banker will press the mother price down so that the banker wont loss money.so at present chance for the mother price to go up is more than getting down. am I right ?

my question yesterday got d answer oredi.(19.32hr 02.09.14) d director bought 500K shares from d open market at RM3.84/share at 3:30pm. today it seems some one press d price down to accumulate d shares. dont worried, be firm. hold it. over RM4-5 d day will come. CNY big fish big prawn to eat.

昨天（19.32。02.09.2014）我的问题有答案了。原来是老板在三点半时买了50万股。成交价Rm3.84.。相信今天有人压低股价要累积收票。收够了才会起。过Rm4 要等一些时间了。大家要有耐心，要忍，不要慌，要有Holding Power。手里有票的人迟早会有大鱼大肉吃。

凭单截止日期越长，溢价就越高。（反之）（溢价也要看个别公司情况，从几仙到几角不定）。母股驱升势时，买凭单就赚越多（以%计）母股下跌，先抛凭单。（% 亏得多）

如果没有错的话（我以前拿过的经验).如果母股1对1给红股。凭单也是1对1 给红凭单。转换价会从Rm1.60 降至Rm0.80（以此ratio类推计算）如有错，请多多指教。

fundamental 很强，收着倒是不怕。长远更好。这次可能少赚一轮。有大户Rm3.84 收票。应该Hold住观察。尾市没起，不像炒家丢票。我收了一年，本钱Rm210.
