totally agreed with winfai on this mysterious thing.. Is not logic for a company to trade at over 90% discount from its NTA. Even the net cash per share is already more than 30 cents per share. I bought this share since IPO time... and hold till now... I really think this is a scam company. What is the auditor doing? Baker Tilly has signed account for years.. I wonder if they did a good job? How did they verified the bank balances? Through bank confirmation? Did they verify the authenticity of the bank confirmation?

lol.. i start collecting since the price was below RM 1... have full support for this share... high growth stock and still continue.. the last quarter just announced yesterday shows another double digit growth of more than 20%!!! in terms of net profit... some profit taking due to recent rally only.. believe or not.. before CNY will be RM 3!

Double digit growth every quarter. What do you think? Is a growth stock. Not sure why research houses have not started to initiate coverage. Once they started, the price will be very different from what you are looking at now. Based on current trend, it is only trading at a mere forward P/E ratio of 8 times. If you take into consideration of the below, there are no reason why not to keep the share longer:
1. High growth company (double digit growth and still sustainable due to global warming)
2. Cash rich company - almost debtless : a good company to takeover
3. Consistently high dividend yield

Concern on its over valuation for the plantation purchased. Twice the market value. i.e the share worth RM 1 as per market value but FGV is paying RM 2. A huge cash outflow from the group, not sure what is the business rationale for doing so.

this is because they are involved in the pengerang project..... when project unleashes... the price will be further up.... TP at 1.60

down trend expected to continue.. already told you guys few weeks ago.. sell while prices still above RM 14... look... the downtrend is because of the following:

1. people start to realise that there is lack of growth for AEONCR
2. Market is already saturated
3. PE ratio is quick high for this company when the growth is limited
4. Dividend yield is only at 2.xx %. People would rather invest in safe heaven shares like reit which generate about 6-8% dividend yield.
5. No potential avenue identified by management for business expansion

While.. prices should continue to go downwards... fair value for this share is about RM 9.50 based on 10x PE ratio of forward 2014 earnings.
