Just curious, why Hibiscus need to wait REX for the announcement? Unless there is obligation mentioned in the JV that only allow REX to announce it first. One listed in Singapore and another in Malaysia.

Positive Scenario: Maybe syndicates push the price down and cause panic selling so that they can buy with lower price. Once the news of oil found then everyone will jump in and buy at much higher price, pushing the price up again. SYNDICATE WIN. LOL
