Waren, please look at Bsteads dwindling dividend -- i am sure they will keep the DY at 5-6% because the pensioners (LTAT) will need that return, but this stock is heading for RM3.6

My TP = going for 0.17 in the next one month

Order book does not guarantee profitability. IT projects can get differed, obsolete or suspended. Not recession proof. Who guessed last year what will be of oil price. How can we bank in order book till 2020. Think.

Further to this, i analysed the Balance Sheet (31/12/13) of both companies and further realised why IFCA is the darling of the investors.....it's got healthy working capital, low on debt and very light Fixed assets and a lot of cash:

IFCA Total Liability = $15M; Fixed Asset = $15M and working capital (Nett CA) = $32.5M Cash = $34M

while Priva has a more "conventional" Balance Sheet:
PRIVA Total Liability = $28M ; Fixed Asset = $69M and working capital (Nett CA) = $17.6M; Cash = $9M

Both companies are good, but i just wanted to show the difference in the financials so that we do not compare and make assumptions that Priva share price can fly like IFCA.

Only way for Priva to fly is to win some big rogue contract or get acquired or merge or something else.....
