Hello, I am new in stock market, I would like to know about Earning Per Share, Stock Price and Dividends. Frankly, I understand all of these terms.

I have a question, for example, POH KONG HOLDINGS BERHAD [S] (5080)
from 2008-2012
stock price range 0.35-0.50,
EPS (0.07, 0.07, 0.08, 0.10, 0.13)
Dividend Yield 3%

May I know why the stock price still no up or dividend yield very low even EPS increasing yearly?

you are investing 49 sen for a yearly return of about 12 sen, but there are no dividend and price maintained 40-50 cent, how can we earn?
